Company Disclaimer

  • Komodo is committed to selling original products. However, if any product is inadvertently sold in a condition other than its original state, the company bears no legal or financial responsibility for this. Nevertheless, we are fully committed to cooperating with customers to address any complaints or inquiries regarding product quality within a specified period of 14 days from the date of order receipt.

  • The company is not responsible for any damage or defects resulting from misuse after the order has been received.

  • Some pre-ordered products may be delayed for more than 30 days due to circumstances beyond the company’s control. In such cases, our customer service team will contact the customer in advance to inform them of the delay, allowing them to decide whether to proceed with the order or cancel it partially or fully, with a refund of the outstanding order amount. If the customer does not respond, the refund will be processed automatically.

  • The company is not responsible for delays in returns or exchanges caused by banking procedures, logistics, or the customer.

  • If an item becomes out of stock after an order is completed, the customer will be notified, with the option to either receive a full refund or exchange the item for another product, with any price differences settled accordingly. If the customer does not respond, the refund will be processed automatically.

  • If a return or exchange request is denied due to failure to meet the required conditions, the company bears no obligations towards the customer.

  • The company reserves the right to modify or update its return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice, in compliance with the regulations of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

  • In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage beyond the company’s control, the customer is entitled to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. This will entitle them to a full refund of the outstanding amount or a product replacement, with any price differences settled accordingly. The company holds no further obligations once the 14-day return or exchange period has expired.
